Refund policy

Return policy is for EXCHANGE ONLY.  You have 14 calendar days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, NEW, unworn, unwashed, tags on (if applicable), no rips, no tears, no stains or odors (smoke, perfume, deodorant, etc.).

You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Original shipping will not be credited. Credit is on the price of the item(s) only.

Exempt items include:  Final Sale, Undergarments (Bras, Bralettes, etc.) Jewelry, and Accessories

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
